Now I think you can stick a fork in Brady

Fine, eject him. I’m amazed that they didn’t bail Brady out with a slightly different call.

Rams score here ends it I’m afraid

This game should be over. It should’ve been over before half.

From the rulebook…
quote:
A Dead Ball Foul is a foul that occurs in the continuing action after a down ends, or a taunting foul that occurs at any time.

No because it was a dead ball foul and enforced

Bull shite call. Should be Bucs ball
If it had happened while the ball was still in the air it would be.
But b/c the hit happened after the ball hit the ground the play was over and the ball was dead.

Kneel 3 times and kick the fg

Would that have made them offsetting penalties?
No, this would have been a case of the Rams would have declined to OPI to get the ball, but still penalized 15 yds on the PF

Stafford is twice the qb that Bad Luck Brady is:
QB Rating for Stafford is 120, Brady’s is at 57.1.
Oof

Oof

FG should be a dagger. I would expect him to miss it, though.

Ball was on the ground, thanks to Evans, the play was over and the ball dead.

No. Decline the opi, result of play is turnover on downs. Personal foul is assessed as normal
That's what I suspected, but wasn't sure.

Goodell's special boomerang football will be used on 4th down.

This is pretty simple L.A. Getting the first down, or at least getting closer for a better field goal attempt is more important than the 30 seconds you save running the ball into the middle of the line.
Le sigh.
Le sigh.

Ok thanks for parroting what the experts said

quote:Had they called OPI, the Rams would have declined it anyway. Because if they accepted it, the down would remain 4th and then the late hit would be enforced, which would give the Bucs a first down.
The ref missed a blatant OPI push off there
Would that have made them offsetting penalties?
