If you’re saying that’s a dead ball penalty then that player should be ejected from the game and probably suspended.

The PF was enforced as a dead ball b/c the hit happened after the ball was on the ground, thus rendering the ball and play dead.

The NFL makes up rules as they go. They are dead set on having this Rams team in the SB. And it wasn’t even needed. Rams probably win without it.

Buc DE ran right past the ball carrier there. Also that 4th down play doesn't happen if Scott doesn't knock that would have been a touchdown pass to Gronkowski away at the last second two plays earlier.
