Phil Mickelson is no longer seeking treatment in a rehab facility

Apparently Phil has either already left rehab after 24 hours, or the TMZ report was old news and he completed rehab at the end of summer.
Anyway, his reps have released a statement:

Mr Mickelson’s priority is to become the husband, father, and man his family deserves. Right now, that means giving his full attention to a private family health matter. He understands that parts of his life are public, but his family’s private matters are not,” the statement concluded.

From what it looks like, Mickelson's membership had been revoked from multiple prestigious country clubs. Allegations included nonconsensual physical contact with a female staff member and recruitment of employees to aid in marital infidelity.
