Agreed but the message is still valuable. It paints a detailed picture of what happens when socialism slowly creeps into an established capitalist system.

You can save a little bit of time by skipping the chapter where John Galt gives his speech. If you agree with Rands message by then you could write the speech yourself.
Haven't been on a golf trip, but have been 3 times for general sightseeing. My 1st choice would be to stay in the southwest near the coast. Plenty of great courses within an hour or 2. And lots to see for the non-golfers or your days off.

Killarney is a good place to start or to stay at - good options for lodging, food, and pubs. Beyond that it will be small towns that are just as nice.

Courses - try to do Lahinch, and then look at Ballybunion, Killarney, Tralee, Doonbeg, or Waterville.
Don’t forget to check your oil pan as well.

Like they said - it’s a nice place once you get inside. And the view at night is cool.

I didn't see it on Netflix. It was on AMC (cable & YTTV) a few months ago.

So the roomers will be confirmed in E Rat? Cool.

Network was probably the best 'serious' film of that group, and is still worth watching, IMO.

Agree 100%. It holds up very well. It accurately predicted the rise of “reality” TV and heavily slanted news programs.

Go watch Seinfeld. Puddy can explain it.
I for one am happy to have Mike Sr. back on the air. This will replace the current revolving door of radio hosts, that have taken the place of what was the Clinton Yates (or Clinton & Friends) experiment that I never quite liked.

The old Mike & Mike show was very good. Kinda sad to see the way it ended.

Actually I think the decline began as soon as the Jesuits sold it.
Fun course and reasonably priced. Usually in good shape. Note for those who haven't played there since late last year - the 9's have been flipped. #1 is now south of Lapalco, while #18 ends at the clubhouse.

And the clubhouse was redone after Ida. Nice lunch location.
US Open was there in 41. Winning score was like 4 over.
Local news says he has died from his gunshot wounds.
