In Rome, look for something in Trastevere. Mostly small properties but it's a great location. We stayed in the San Franceso last year and it was great for the money. Probably less than $150/night.

It was called the Bon Ton. And sadly it did close as the owner had health issues. The only thing that worked out well was the timing - it closed about a month before Covid shut everything down.

If you are a Costco member try one of the Kirkland Signature cabs. I've had a few that were decent and were less than $20.
One of my favorites that's cheap is Wines of Substance "CS". Washington State wine.

If you can find Frank Family pinot for under $40, buy it. I haven't looked recently but it may be close to or just over that....

I was at Audubon about 2 weeks ago, and it hurts me to say that the greens are in the worst shape that I've ever seen them. Worse than Bayou Oaks North, which is hard to believe. Not sure what the prob...

Both are among the best series ever. Choosing one to watch depends on the type of show that you like.
HSB had many plots in each episode due to a larger cast. NYPD spent more time on each story. ...
