If she's willing, I'll get jerked off and nothing will be said about it, unless I piss off my boss, who set up the doctor's visit in the first place. Then a lawsuit and a big payday will be coming to the doctor(s) in question.
However, if she refuses, I'll be immediately kicked out, word will spread and I will not be allowed in any legitimate doctor's office from then on.
