NBA is missing the moment on Ja Morant

This is the perfect moment for the NBA to collectively come out and call for their intended base (black america) to stop the cultural practice of glorifying the thug gun life.
But they won’t. They’ll pretend like it’s just a Ja Morant issue…and not the most serious issue in America as we know it.

I think Davis Stern would have done something but I doubt Adam Silver will. NBA is harsher when you criticize China.

What???… the NBA is a basketball entertainment organization… ain’t they job… plus this has nothing to do with all Black Americans others than Ja being Black…

Who else in the NBA is making it an issue…?
If the answer is nobody, then why should the NBA project Ja’s behavior on the rest of black America?

Within the NBA, this seems to be the case.

It’s one of the most serious issues, but Adam Silver saying something would potentially alienate players and fans, and nobody in an elected position would back him up. It would be career suicide for Silver to say something about that.

Why the frick would they do that lol. At least they have a profit motive for the shameless pandering they do now. This has all the pandering but none of the payoff

I cannot for the life of me understand why having a good upbringing with a loving family is a bad thing
Ja Morant is going to throw away generational wealth because he wants to look hard on social media

Lol. Sports leagues have been emphasizing cultural and racial concerns for years now. They're gonna stop racism and all manner of social ills. Steve Kerr is gonna end mass shootings. But when it comes to the glorification of guns and thug culture, they never have shite to say. And here you come, telling everyone to stick their heads back in the sand.

Nothing is more important than ‘keeping it real’. This should be clear by now.

Because black males commit a disproportionately elevated percentage of gun crimes. Steve Kerr just went off about mass shootings and how terrible gun crime is in this country, so let’s actually call lit the majority of gun crimes

LOLOLOLOL
Of course not, yet they have no issues with every other political message that is promoted by the left and their Masters from China.

Steve Kerr should put “13/90” patches on the team jerseys to show everyone how woke he is about this issue

You have to respect Ja for making it out…he has worked his arse off to make it out the league, looks like he’s getting really close…respect.

Right because Adam silver is from the black American community and has a strong following

Some more end racism court logos should clear the problem right up. But don’t criticize the CCP you just aren’t educated if you do.
