Lol no. Pacific time is the GOAT for sports watching. Especially Saturday college football.

Its so sexy

Watch game day at 6am with a cup of coffee. Bloody mary for the 9am games, then roll onto beer and whiskey for afternoon and night games and you can pass out at 9pm and watched every game besides the last PAC 10 game

Its perfect

I'm a LeBron hater, watched the game, and posted maybe 2 times in the game thread.

And even if you watch the last pac 10 game, it starts at like 7 local time so you can still watch it and be done by 11.

Maybe if you are on vacation there. If you live there and work normal hours it sucks. Imagine being a warriors fan and they are playing 20 games a year that starts at 4:00 or 5 pm.

What do we know? What are the facts? Simply put, Canadian basketball gets low ratings. We should relocate the Raptors to Seattle.

I wasn’t a big fan of it when I was living out there. Monday night football at 5pm just wasn’t my idea of how MNF should be.

9 PM start time...actually more like 9:15-9:30ish...makes zero sense!
No LeBron...say what you whatever you want
GSW super team...again!
NBA becoming too SJW for average fans
NHL becoming more popular and way more exciting of a product

Add all that up and its not surprising that ratings are down. This will only get worse for the NBA once LeBron is gone. Like i said in the Adam Silver thread yesterday, over time, he is going to be regarded as the worst commissioner in the history of professional sports when all is said and done. He is NOT good for the NBA, but ESPN and the players love hime because he is seen as "progressive".

It’s always insane when I am visiting family on the west coast for Thanksgiving and that Saturday slate of games starts at 9 am. It really is incredible

Because you are wrong

Too much drama and bad play.

This is how I know you don't watch. Last night's game was great. It was essentially the first round of a champ vs talented underdog fight. The underdog came out swinging and showed the champ that his initial strategy might not work long term. Underdog landed a few overhand rights that were not accounted for. Now Kerr and company will have to adjust well enough to steal one in Toronto and get home court back in their favor.

No lebron, a Canadian team, a presumed outcome, and it starting at 9 pm on east coast

These low numbers don’t surprise me. However, with Toronto winning, I think numbers will be up for game two possibly

Bigger than the Raptors being a Candian team, their three biggest names are Kawhi, Kyle Lowry and Marc Gasol.

Those are three of the most anonymous stars in the NBA. There's Warrior fatigue and that the Raptors are a bunch of good players whose names don't move the needle.

The Raptors showed they could get the job done, so more people may tune in for what could be a really competitive series.

This board goes full retard in every thread that has to do with ratings, so no, they don't realize that.
