If he was really cheap prospect wise and they wouldn't owe much of his contract I would not be opposed to the Astros taking him
this will pretty much be the only way he gets moved

I don't think anyone thinks he or Phillips would be moved for a Top 10 prospect

Both would be moved for a players in lower minors who may or may not turn into something.

Best thing about Adams, is his contract is cheap, and the Cardinals are paying for the majority of whats owed!

I find it somewhat note worthy that the Astros weren't mentioned here.

O's are gonna have to cut a team into their TV deal or something to get anything of note their shitty farm will save themselves from doing something stupid

I like Buck, he always has his teams competitive but he is not a WS coach. As long as the O's keep him they will remain competitive and in the race though, he does the most with little.

Leaving Britton in the pen last year during the WC game was unforgivable. One of the dumbest in game decisions I've seen a manager make in a postseason game

In the DAT for a little while now, I think we've been trying to will the Blue Jays into becoming sellers so we can make a run at Stroman.

Outsiders thoughts? Will the Jays sell? Would they part with Stroman?

I think the Jays stay in the middle. They gauge interest but they don't move anyone of note. They have a lot of pieces too
Happ, Stroman, Estrada, Liriano,Osuna, Bautista, Tulo, Smoak, Donaldson, and Martin

Phillips has been difficult to trade before plus many contenders have a 2B option

Namely because he had a no trade clause that he wouldn't waive. Part of the condition of his trade to Atlanta was that he would retain the no trade clause.

Stroman and Gray are 1a and 1b for me. Stroman is probably at the top of the list of available. I'm in love with their ground ball rates. They'd fit right in with Keuchel and McCullers.

13m of the 14m owed is being paid by Cincy. He is a FA next year so I'm doubting he really gets moved unless for depth

They should sell agree. With the players they have they could be back in contention soon. I just don't think they will.

Jays would love for some one to take Tulo. I bet they'd eat some contract, and limo him to private plane to his new destination.
