Tressel got a 5 yr show cause and Pruitt 6 yrs. I’m sure scUM coaches that scrubbed data and hid critical info from the NCAA will be just fine.
How many games did Alabama have to forfeit when Glen Coffee sold his books?

I know the NCAA is a shell of itself but goddamn. We really aren’t going to severely punish illegally sneaking people onto opposing sidelines to listen to and film signs in a multi billion dollar sport?

That can’t be ignored while all this other shite is happening in the sport. People will tune out.

Am I crazy to think if NOTHING comes of this it will kickstart cheating schemes all over the place?

But how did Michigan begin to gain momentum to even be good in 2022 and 2023?

Oh that's right, by cheating and stealing the other team's signs. That in turn helped recruiting and helped them in the transfer portal.

But nothing to see here

Someone is pissy that Ohio State has choked away the last three seasons.

Why are tOSU fans such weak-minded folk? It’s pretty pathetic how they are reacting to this when their team cheats as much if not more than anyone outside of Bama/UGA.

Why can't Michigan fans admit that they cheated? Still pulling the whole "Michigan Man" crap.

Therefore Alabama is your 2023 National Champions of the World!

I mean Bama came closer to besting Michigan than did Washington, thus it's only appropriate that this be the case.

So, on this day in August 2024, it is declared that Alabama is your 2023 national champion. We'll put this trophy right next to the National Geographic 1941 trophy in the trophy case.

Nothing of meaning will happen. The NCAA is a shell of its former self. The NCAA is a joke and should die as an organization. At this point they are just stealing money from member schools.

I'm not going one way or another until punishments go out.

The easy solution in all of this was you had 4-6 weeks to dig into this completely during the season figure it out, and decide whether Michigan should have been allowed in the post-season. I don't care about appeals or all of that, set a timeline to make sure you can hear appeals, then make a decision.

Nothing they do now can "rectify" the situation that took place from 2021-2023. They could have stopped this from happening by putting a post-season ban into effect last year
