They wouldn't have lost that much. OSU goes to represent the east in the B1GCG even with the loss and then probably gets into the playoffs.

But the rivalry game is no longer as important. It got 20 million viewers because it was a defacto playoff game. You'd also run the risk of pissing off Fox and it's advertisers.

You ban them after the OSU/Michigan game from post-season play if you think the information is damning enough

It's gonna be a travesty if we never get to see the manifesto.

Now I'm not saying Thamel is wrong, but I have heard he is only getting info from the Michigan side of things

Michigan should be stripped of their national title…

They would never have the stones to do something like that. They’ll only smash teams that they think can’t fight back.

Pj, stfu.
Michigan wasn’t sign stealing vs Washington

Well if he cheated, which they all did, then he should be suspended or fired, and their entire last 3 years should be forfeit.
Because people hate OSU here they act like it isn’t an issue. If this was anyone else people would rightfully be calling for heads to roll. Doesn’t matter the color of the players or coach
I'm just shocked that people aren't allowed to scout other teams any more at their games. We live in a world where camera phones and video recorders and scouting services are everywhere and schools aren't allowed to allegedly do this? How on earth are schools and teams supposed to prepare for opponents just go in blind-folded? Just seems much ado about nothing and I'm reading that a lot of the "evidence" out there isn't actually incriminating to prove anything and at best is negligible for the endeavor of getting Michigan. It's all stupid.

But how did Michigan begin to gain momentum to even be good in 2022 and 2023?
Oh that's right, by cheating and stealing the other team's signs. That in turn helped recruiting and helped them in the transfer portal.
But nothing to see here
I'm starting to get the vibe here that Michigan isn't supposed to be good at football therefore they must be cheating instead of straight up beating the opponent's arse mano a mano. It's modern day college football

Poor Buckeyes
Can't beat Michigan with a 20 million dollar roster so have to go online to try to cry and hope that the wins get vacated.
Ultimate loser fan base.

Yea there is nothing to see here. Scouting illegally doesn’t help at all.
That’s why Michigan did it FIFTY EIGHT times in 3 years. Oh and a recruiting analyst who makes 55k a year for some reason wasn’t recruiting but was instead paid by boosters of the school to pay for all of this
Then that same recruiting analyst ended up on the sideline WITH a play sheet communicating with both the OC and the DC.
Then one of those coordinators who is now HC of the team deleted 50+ text messages after it all broke. I’m sure these messages weren’t evidence of cheating. People randomly delete 50 text messages with someone who just got in trouble all the time
It’s astounding how some of you are able to breathe and type at the same time

That was already debunked, Brian Sanderson confirmed to On3 that the 52 texts deleted by Moore and Stalions (US Marine) were not in violation of NCAA rules but were rather vulgar texts of "freaky nature"

Not against the rules, read a book

Hasn't been confirmed yet and will be hard to prove in court but even if true, separate reports say he was working for other programs for months, including CMU, more for his side business and friends
Geez you tOSU fans are deranged, lose to Michigan and you don't criticize yourselves for getting your asses beat you cry to Pete Thamel and Dan Murphy to paint the opponent in a false light in the media and the NCAA to give them the death penalty

What hasn't been confirmed?

You can literally see OSU come out of their formation, then Stallions and a ton of the Michigan staff not look at the OSU formation, but instead look to the sidelines for signs they stole. Then a ton of the players, who "knew nothing about this" all send signs into the defense
Good lord

Think we're addressing two separate situations, cowboy. You Buckeye fans squirming over this then sounding like idiots really isn't bringing others to your cause, moreso making Michigan more sympathetic.

You haven't made one valid point among your 5 posts. I have factually pointed out why OSU fans are mad about this entire situation.
They cheated, that isn't up for debate. Whether that justifies harsh penalties or not is another issue. But to act like they didn't gain an advantage from an action they decided to do 58 separate times, while these actions were funded either by the schools or boosters, is just absurd.
