No they were still a really good team and beat everyone on the field. Just like Louisville basketball, Reggie Bush, etc.
I personally agree with you to a point. Them being good in 2021 and 2022 helped them be really good in 2023 and had people return for 2023. Would that have occurred if they were not gaining a potential advantage in 21 and 22?
I think it's a more wholesome approach than just looking at the end of 2023

Do these allegations (if they are in fact taken as fact when this moves forward) change people's thoughts?
I don't see how it would, they obviously weren't cheating in the playoff or later in the season. If you knew the allegations against Michigan and then didn't change your signs going into your game with them (which should actually give you an advantage if they still were "cheating"), then you are a terrible head coach.

Big 10 fans? Probably.
The rest of the country? Probably not.

Discussions revolve(d) around a minimum acceptable framework from the NCAA's perspective, which includes partial vacations of the 2021, 2022, and 2023 seasons, a 2 year postseason ban, loss of recognition of the 2021-23 B1G titles and football championship", fines, scholarship reductions, probation, and significant penalties levied against current and former coaches and staffers.
For doing something that isn't disallowed by NCAA rules and exploiting loopholes? I hope Michigan's legal team have the lawsuits ready to file.

evidence of collusion with at least one CMU coach to get Stalions on their sideline
one of the weirdest red herrings in college sports in a long time

evidence that current and former staffers were aware of the scheme

point-by-point explanation of the advantage the scheme provided to the team
this entire notion is contingent on execution by the players and the opponents not being tipped off so they can change their plays and scheme and plan countermoves
this whole thing reads like the Mueller Report

An Ohio State "insider" saying what may happen is the equivalent to all those Trump "insiders" lying about what Trump did on J6 and that phone call with Zelenskyy

This story has so many layers to it and I don't think we are even close to done.
Some people in the know have confirmed the FBI approached OSU over the summer about Michigan having obtained stolen practice footage and a criminal investigation is open against Weiss as well.
I think sifting through it all and making heads or tails is different, but the story is fantastic no matter how it ends

It sounds like the FBI investigation into Weiss’ computer crimes uncovered the stolen practice footage. Hence why it hasn’t been brought up in the NCAA investigation. Apparently Minter’s digital fingerprints all over the practice footage too. Cheating fricks
