i just dont get howhes gets stuck with the Vick comparison and Luck gets the Brady/Manning because you perceive Luck to be more accurate when in fact Luck has throw atleast 3 passes that were completely overthrown and picked off (Two for TDs) the past 3 weeks

Part of it is because Luck is running an NFL offense while Washington is running something very similar to Baylor's offense in order to lessen Griffin's learning curve, at least that's what podcasts keep telling me because I haven't seen much of the Skins this season.

Andrew Luck type QBs win Super Bowls. RG3s are fun to watch play.

Actually it's pretty fricking cool how the skins have blended the spread with a pro offense. Two games I have seen spread type PA passes where rg3 can handoff, run or throw and they do it out of traditional nfl shotgun and even i form sets. It's difficult to describe

What other QB in the league has the ability to run the shite Griffin is? The Shanahans and Griffin were a match made in heaven. They are running a pro style attack that draws from college option schemes. It's excellent.

This is fricking stupid. I am curious to her your reasoning behind this statement

How is it stupid? Look at the SB winning QBs and let me know how many won a SB running the ball 10 times a game? I'm curious to hear your answer.

Pocket passers don't run 10 times a game

How many pocket passers set rushing records?

Neither Luck or RG3 are drop back pocket passers.

How many QBs have had a season where they have a 104 QB rating and set rushing records?

How many QBs have NFL accuracy and arm strength AND have Olympic caliber speed?

Please name one. RGIII right now is something we've never seen before. I don't know if he will continue to play well and improve but right now he's incredible and there is no reason to believe he cannot be a SB winning QB.

When his team is good enough to win a superbowl he won't have to run the ball 10x a game dummy.

Plus those aren't designed running plays. He has been incredibly accurate. When receivers are open he is hitting them. When they're not, he takes off. Nothing like some of the guys where if the first read isn't there they take off.

P.S. I hate you

ETA: he will never win a SB with haslett running the defense.

Drew Bledsoe must have won tons of championships, because he had a rocket arm and was slow as shite.

Dude, he has 305 attempts. 24th in the Nfl. Of course it's easy to be efficient. Christian Ponder and Russel Wilson are completing passes at a 64% clip. It's not hard when you don't air it out a lot. Mcnabb, McNair, Cunningham, Vick, Kordell Stewart etc were all "world class" athletic QBs and all had the chance to take a good team to a SB championship. Mcnabb and McNair failed ( to Warner and Brady.. Hmm) and the rest couldn't get there

The great passes you're drooling over come from RG outside the pocket. Pocket passer

Steve Young, Aaron Rodgers, Brett Favre, Ben Rothlisberger, John Elway none of them are pocket passers dummy.

None of that shite has anything to do with RGIII. Mcnabb, Cunningham, Vick. None of them have the combination of skills RGIII has.

What does it matter how many attempts he has? Completing 68% of your passes while throwing 28 times a game is impressive. That might be 24th in the league but it is still a large enough sample size to indicate he would be just as efficient at 35 attempts per game. Would that be impressive? Does he need to throw it 50 times? It's not like he's throwing it 5 times a game. 12 more attempts a game wouldn't change anything dramatically

they are all scramblers.

not runners

RGIII has had a really nice passing season, but I think a lot of it is opened up because of his running abilities. Like someone said, will he be able to stay healthy running the way he does? And if he has to cut down on the running, will he be as effcient through the air?
