Must be Miami (OH). UM is a private school, so their tuition wouldn't be that cheap.
I point out those tuition because if ULL was really interested in becoming a stronger school and was willing to do what it took (which they aren't), a good start would be to double the tuition. Now it would suck as a taxpayer because we'll end up paying for it through this nutty TOPS program that requires us to subsidize average students' tuition.
