You must have a retarded AD. MSU was going to pay 1.1 million to USL. For USL to break the contract it had to pay MSU $500,000. So unless Wake is paying 1.6 million you are out a lot of money. Wake in the ACC does not have TV contract the B1G does and Wake does not have a stadium as big as MSU so I doubt Wake is paying enough to make it worthwhile. So USL just decided to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars unless Wake ponied up.

To me, Michigan State and Wake Forest are equal. Both were ranked in ‘21 and ‘22. Both sucked last year. What a strange thing for you to get worked up about based on a press release. For all you know MSU canceled it.

There is no school called “Louisiana”. It’s ULL and it will always be ULL.
ULM needs to grow some nuts and get this shite squashed. Part of the original UL agreement is that no school would identify themselves as anything other than that schools official name. They have a case here. It’s time to exercise it.

Michigan State dropped the Cajuns upon realizing they weren’t playing the flagship school of Louisiana. Insecure LSU fans called them and reminded them that they were the flagship school of Louisiana and showed them the name rules.
Upon this realization MSU dropped Louisiana and LSU fans breathed a sigh of relief with their flagship status intact!

There is no school called “LSU.” It’s LSU A&M and will always be LSU A&M.
But you know the difference? We don’t care that you shorten your abbreviation because it’s not a first world problem like you claim it is when we do it.
And please allow ULM to try it with their “case” so the rest of the country can once again laugh at this state for wasting taxpayer money on ridiculousness.
