The problem Catholic will have is they can't pitch Massey every game.

Is Massey the lefty?

Because the lefty will give that team a chance to win any game.

Another lefty that can win any game is the one at Sulphur that beat Barbe 1-0, and he's a sophomore, I believe. Not sure if he's given up a run this year.

All hail Calcasieu Parish. Three 5A schools in the parish and all three make the state tournament.

Kale Breaux is the sophomore lefty from Sulphur. Massey, the sophomore lefty from Catholic beat Breaux earlier in this year. They are both outstanding. I doubt that either will be available to throw on Friday.

I don't think he will be qualified academically from what I hear. Will probably be a juco guy.

Good free agent pick up in the off season.

St. Mary's - not Natchitoches Central.

Not sure yet, Kale Breaux went distance against Ruston last night so he is out until Saturday I would assume. We've got 3 guys they can throw that have started throughout the year, one lefty and two righties. Guess it will depend on who coach thinks matches up better against Catholic or who gives him the best chance to win.

Sounds like the Jet's QB situation. 3 guys and no idea who is gonna start = not a good situation.

Yep, the butcher of banks street didn't have an Emerson Gibbs to ride this year and Rummel was down.

High hopes of Zachary and Denham Springs getting smoked during the first round.

fans were by far the worst

I will have to agree with you on this. The sportsmanship also ran over to the the players too. I have never seen a player stand against the fence and taunt the opposing teams fans before until I saw a player from Zachary do it. It was embarrassing to watch.
