Worst officiated game I’ve ever seen last night. La Tech was trashy and the refs game it to them. Horrible.

Found the dramatic one.

You don’t watch much football then. There were maybe 1 or 2 questionable calls.

We have been rather undisciplined during the Cumbie era. I’ll give you that.

Tech probably should have won by two or three touchdowns

That game against ULL will be juicy. Too bad it's on during an LSU game.

Calm down Jeff Landry.

I'm happy to see Tech doing well and it looks like Sonny has started to turn it around. They're now in the conference they should have been in years ago and these old regional rivalry games should be fun as heck. Those games against NLU, Arkansas State, and USL were always intense.
Arkansas won't win another game this year, so seeing Tech do well brings me a least a little football joy.

For UL and La Tech fans that doesn’t effect anything.

Nice win by LA Tech yesterday against Army. The Bulldogs were grittier and played harder than Army.
I made fun of the University when they kept Cumbie after a 11-26 start (2022 - 2024). I now think I'll be proven wrong.

Can we get a kicker, pathetic

I am trying to figure out how Tech beat Army after watching the first half of the ULL.
Tech is so poorly coached.

It really is amazing. They look terrible and somehow keep winning

It is amazing how bad Cumbie is as a head coach. Some people are just meant to be good coordinators but aren't good head coaches. He is getting by with the talent that we have. That being said, I am shocked just how bad that school in Lafayette's head coach is after watching that atrocity of a game last night.
I don't think these young whipper snappers on our team realize how important this game is Saturday against that school in Monroe to not only win but win handily. I don't care how horrible they are & they are possibly the worst D-1 team in the US but they had a bye week & this is their Super Bowl. They have nothing else to lose or play for. I am completely fine with moving on from Cumbie but I know we won't if we win some more games the rest of the year.

I mean, who else would we be able to get? He took a pay cut this year, went 8-5 last year with a bowl win. We were our kick return hands team recovering the ball from being 9-4. We are 3-2 right now, beat Army, and 1-0 in conference play as we speak. He's navigated starting QB injuries 2 years in a row and has been successful overall iwith it.
I think our DC is a good coach but penalties on D is a major killer for this team. We do a great job at creating turnovers, stopping the run up the middle, and managing pretty well with the players we have. Overall, he's (Cumbie) been able to keep core players from leaving, I know Finley had offers.
We lost a damn good punter to NIL, and our starting safeties. He needs to figure out how to get a kicker that can kick it between the uprights. That's my biggest knock on this team, we've tried 2 and they look like junior high kickers out there, atrocious. Our new punter has power and overall, no complaints but he's not as good as last year's punter.
Back to the QBs. He is an air raid offensive coach. I thought it was impressive last year, and a couple games this year being able to transition to run first offense when Baker went down. Kukuk is obviously not an air raid style QB, but we were able to navigate through that and still be successful, I'm honestly surprised both came back. SC has also done a good job of getting local talent. I get pissed off at some of his decisions also, defensive penalties have got to at some point get fixed, but I think he's fine overall.
