He went against the NFL with their pocketful of high priced lawyers and won...that doesn't they had shakey evidence in their case

Well we don't know because we don't know the evidence, perhaps the arbitrator deciding the case has a record of deciding in the employees' favor, maybe he/she's an activist arbitrator, maybe the NFL simply wanted the publicity surrounding this to stop and move on, there's many theories to consider here.

The NFL was gonna lose and they didn't want to face the embarrassment and have the evidence expose...that's the only reason you settle a case of this magnitude

You have inside info we don't? And don't be obtuse, there's many reasons to settle these cases I just listed them haha.

All this proves is if you're black and you scream racism long enough and loud enough, weak whites will cave to your demands eventually

The biggest reason this is a tragedy is because the very thing he was protesting does not statistically exist

That’s why it’s upsetting. We are incentivizing and rewarding ignorance and falsehoods.

It’s equivalent to earning a huge book deal by arguing that autism is caused by vaccines or obama is a Kenyan

He "won" because of his skin color and because he's become such a nuisance.

The fact he protests against things that don't even exist shows he is low iq

Once arbitrator Stephen Burbank denied the NFL's request for summary judgment last August--meaning Colin Kaepernick had shown a genuine issue of material fact--the NFL realized they could lose to Kaepernick if they wait for Burbank to rule. A settlement is a draw & avoids a loss.

Over-under for the Kaepernick settlement: $49.5 million.

Over. They've managed to keep thousands of pages of documents that would have potentially made the league look very bad secret.

He only starting believing what he does when he started dating a militant SJW woman. Her pussy basically brainwashed him.
