Over-under for the Kaepernick settlement: $49.5 million.

Over. They've managed to keep thousands of pages of documents that would have potentially made the league look very bad secret.

I mean was he not supposed to take the settlement. That’s a weird way of saying that the dude has no morals or beliefs.

This is no different than any other lawsuit just because he got a settlement does not mean that he "won". Corporations like certainty and a settlement gives you certainty. The NFL now doesn't have to worry about losing and probably more importantly information the league didn't want to be released being made public.

I would bet Kap would a lot more if he had not kneeled and was still in the league than what he got in this settlement.

I'm guessing this is sarcasm. The leader of the birther movement is now POTUS.

The NFL didn’t want this to see a courtroom.

NFL knew they were about to lose and PAID him, good for him but would have loved to see the details of the case.

What was Eric Reid’s bitch arse doing as part of the grievance? He’s in the nfl playing and signing new contracts.

Before he signed with Carolina, he claimed that he was blackballed, and Geragos claimed that he had evidence of illegal collusion similar to that alleged against Kaepernick.

He sued for a bunch of money. They didn't want to pay him a bunch of money. They paid him a bunch of money.
