He is ok but there’s a fatality. If he was under the influence he’s going to jail.

As someone pointed out his car is on the correct side of the road and the other is not.
Obviously isn't concrete evidence or anything but may not have been his fault.

If he killed 1-2 people driving under the influence that's jailtime, right? I don't know how that works. Thinks he'd done playing football?
