But as for the topic at hand, there's possible heavy rain due in Tallahassee for Saturday. Rain and slippery conditions are quite an equalizer in some cases.
But if it's light and doesn't affect much, 'Bama rolls.

Agreed that they will be much better than last season. When a team with some talent has an off-season to stew over a horrible season they usually come out extremely prepared and productive the next.

A high percentage of those players came in via the portal and weren't there last year, so not sure the ol' "chip on their shoulder" narrative applies to 2025 FSU.

Then again, it also wouldn't surprise me in the least to see Cincinnati upset them on Thursday. Nebraska has a bad habit of coming out flat to start the season, and mobile QBs give them fits

You sure about that? They have 8 returning starters on offense and also 8 on defense. That is a lot for the starters, and I don't care that much about returning backups.
