For people who believe Brady made Belichick, who do you think is the GOAT NFL head coach?

Bill Walsh? Had Joe Montana for his entire head coaching career. Vince Lombardi? Had Bart Starr for his entire head coaching career except for his last year in Washington. Paul Brown? Never won a championship without Otto Graham. Don Shula? Couldn't win a championship with Marino. Bill Parcells? Doesn't have a single playoff win without Belichick on his coaching staff. Joe Gibbs? Has a very strong case but two of his Super Bowl victories came in strike years. Tom Landry? Has a 2-5 record in Super Bowls and NFL championship games.
It seems like a strong argument can be made against any coach for them not to be considered the GOAT.

Aren't you a Bama fan?

So this is a question for rational people?

I don't think coaches are as important in the NFL as they are in college, so this argument is certainly a waste of time. GMs matter much more in the pros than head coaches and for years there was no better GM than Bill Belichick.

Had both Donovan McNabb and Patrick Mahomes.

Fairly short run, but Jimmy Johnson has to be considered.

Probably Wayne Fontes

Those defense that carried the patriots the first decade of Brady's career says otherwise.
And I hate both.

John Madden. Those Oakland teams during the 70’s were great. Or Chuck Noll.

In that scenario it’s Joe Gibbs. Won 3 Super Bowls with 3 different QBs, (Joe Theismann, Doug Williams and Mark Rypien)

Did Jordan and Kobe make Phil Jackson, or vice versa?
Duncan and Leonard, or Pop?
But if we’re taking out coaches who won multiple Super Bowls without stability at QB, then Joe Gibbs enters the discussion.
And while bringing up strike years as a disqualifyer makes you sounds like some LSU fans who want to say 2020 and 2021 don’t count, if that is a disqualifyer, then I guess Parcells due to Simms’s injury.
