For people who believe Brady made Belichick, who do you think is the GOAT NFL head coach?
In nearly 12 seasons without Brady , Bill B is about 82-101 & 1 playoff win. Those are facts & not opinion.

Lombardi.
Read the David Marinass book “When Pride Still Mattered” and educate yourself.
If you travel to all fifty states and look for leadership principles being taught in business, manufacturing, coaching, etc. whose will you see the most? Shula? Parcells? Brown? Noll? Nope. You’ll come across Lombardi.
There are men who played for Shula, Brown. Halas, Lombardi, Landry, Ewbank, etc. who also played for Lombardi. Which coach do they revere the most? It’s Lombardi. Guys who played one year in Green Bay but a decade other places returned year after year for Packer reunions because of what they learned from Lombardi. He didn’t just coach football. He coached boys into successful men. You just don’t see former players of the other mentioned talk in depth about how their coach impacted them positively the way Lombardi impacted those who played for Lombardi.
His anti-racism policy and views on faith, family, and success are unprecedented. His holy Trinity was God, family, and the Green Bay Packers. The only color that mattered was the green and gold.
Was Shula or Landry or Noll or Halas or Brown, or Walsh ever seriously considered as a vice presidential candidate? Nope, they weren’t…..Lombardi was.
Oh….he had Bart Starr…a hall of famer. Educate the history of those early years. Starr was a 17th round pick. He was not a hall of famer when Lombardi took over. QBs were platooned until Lombardi settled on Starr. Starr was the perfect QB for that time. He had the nuts to stand up to Lombardi and allow himself to become the leader and QB he became.
Do yourself a favor and read the David Marinass book mentioned above. It’s so much more than a biography on the namesake of the NFL championship trophy, it’s a treatise on the history of college and pro football plus a metric frick ton on principles of a colorblind approach to teamwork and leadership.

Brady wasn't Brady the first 3-4 years.

They don't win the second SB without Brady being Brady. He threw for 350 and 3 touchdowns in a game that turned into a shootout in the 4th quarter. They ended up winning 32-29
Hell even Vinatieri missed 2 kicks in that one.
He was third in MVP voting that year behind Manning and McNair.
I wonder what Brady would of done with Marvin Harrison and those guys but we'll never know.

Dallas was great for a long, long time. And unlike Don Shula paid it off with Super Bowl winners.
How many SBs was Landry in? How many did he win?
How many SB was Shula in? How many did he win?
Landry was 2/5 for the Lombardi trophy. Shula was 2/6.
However, Shula notched a perfect season with a backup quarterback. He also took the Dolphins to a SB with David Woodley as QB, which may be the greatest coaching job in league history.
Shula could win with differing styles. Shula won with a power running game in the 70s with Csonka/Kiick/Morris and then won with the greatest QB to throw a football, Dan Marino.
The answer is Shula.

Lombardi.
He took a 1-10-1 team that had 8 future Hall of Famers and won 5 titles in 8 years.

Anyone have a better pair of coordinators than the '58 Giants?
Lombardi on offense
Landry on defense
Starr didn't know who Lombardi was when his hire was announced until he saw a picture of him. Then he remembered the Giants O coach screaming at the defense to get their shite together during a game earlier in the year.
"Oh, this guy is going to be different than we're used to..."
