I have both and almost never use Plex anymore. Jellyfin does a great job with Metadata if you use name of movie year format. TV Shows can be problematic but usually not to hard to fix. It almost always boils down to filename format.
I really like going to caves but only the ones I can walk in standing up and walk around in. No way would I go into one that I have to crawl around in.
