A Texas court saying a Texas tech qb can play when he broke the bigggest cardinal sin in sports is peak clown world of the highest order

We are so cooked

I’m glad my school was one of two to speak out about it

The coach and AD will bristle and get defensive every time they’re asked about it too.

They’ll act indignant like they aren’t responsible for the situation they’re in.

These should have to be sent to federal courts for their injunctions.

Good ol Texasbaw said it’s all good? I’m shocked

I doubt he will see the field, too much push back.
But with TT publicly backing him now, I wonder if he still gets his 4 million.

This is where I hope all the fart-sniffing sports writers use their powers of smugness and moral superiority for good and constantly question every single person associated with Texas Tech about this every time they're in front of a microphone.

I do know one thing. The best thing for a gambling addict is to give him 5 million bucks. What could go wrong?

Not only that, he broke the law numerous times by betting underage.

It's absurd a judge allowed this. This should be overturned.

You can never trust anything he does on the field.

Potentially, yes.

Transferred $60,000 to place bets in someone else’s name. Then there’s another $5,000 while he was in Texas.

Sorsby will be the most scrutinized player next season. Yet, no one seems concerned about all the other players who are most definitely gambling and shaving. It’s been happening for years. But go ahead and pretend it’s one guy,

Name me one person and I’ll scrutinize them. O wait, you can’t. So how about you scrutinize that person(s) by yourself.

I’d be more worried about teams putting a target on Sorsby’s back and trying to injure him.

Well, spill it then. Who are they?

And for the record, if it ever comes out that one of LSU's players is doing this, he needs to be permabanned from football, just like Sorsby.

I say this as an LSU fan, and as a Saints fan- don't want this anywhere near any of my teams. Sorsby should be done with football.

So you guys actually believe no player is betting. Out of thousands of college football players yoy don’t think it’s happening? You guys are lemmings and being played for suckers.

I really never thought about this but that is correct. I mean if he threw what was perceived as an obvious interception the natural instinct of someone would be “he’s throwing the game, or how much is he betting on this one tonight”. He’s in a tough spot. Albeit his own fault but tough none the less.
