I was equal until 2011. And since then with every consecutive Bama loss, I turned more and more to the NFL. Then the Saints have had their shenanigans of the last few years, especially last year, and now LSU has finally broken through the barrier and I find myself finally loving college again. So I’d go equal, probably.

It's more fun to watch kids play a sport. The older I get and into the real world, the more I just randomly think how ridiculous it is that there are 25-40 year old men who just go to practice all week and get paid millions to play a game 
. Which is great. But the aura that surrounds them starts to fade when you grow up understandably. It's a game. And it's more fun to watch college kids play it than to watch grown men play it and then pettily hold out or argue because they want 25 million dollars instead of 23 million dollars or some bullshite like that.

I hate the NFL but the system to balance power makes it a better overall product.
The recruiting landscape is tilted so far in favor of the bluebloods in CFB less than ten teams have a realistic shot at the national title.
Yes there's Bama Fatigue but there's also Clemson, Ohio State, etc. fatigue.
It is what it is but it's ultimately not healthy for the game.

Now if you said something like Auburn - Virginia Tech or even Louisville - Missouri or even some in conference game like Ole Miss - Georgia or UNC - Florida State, then you know what the answer is.
No one watches college football on Thursdaya anymore because they took away the matchups that made it worth watching. The NFL only went to Thursdays because of the ratings those matchups had.

I like college just because of their is a shite ton more teams and the crowds are a lot less corporate compared to an NFL game.
