When someone who has no bias says an opinion contrary to yours you think it’s because they hate the player you love. Nothing could be further from the truth. Both of my son’s play QB. I coached and played football. I’ve been to thousands of: practices, 7on7 tournaments and games.

Not sure why your post is getting DV’d.

I agree, someone ran the wrong route and it’s reasonable to believe it was 86. If he knew he wasn’t supposed to be in that spot, then it’s also understandable that he would think that a ball thrown to that spot wasn’t intended for him.

Obviously, he should have tried to catch it. But that’s a hell of a lot more plausible than thinking 86 is risking his own career to get Gabriel cut.

On topic, I dislike Sanders as much as others here, but to think a guy fighting for a roster spot wouuld sacrifice himself just to make Dillon look bad and Sanders look better is insanity. It's simple, the guy ran the wrong route, thought the ball was going to someone else so he didn't catch it. Not a terrible throw by Dillon, just a communication problem
