Is it really so absurd to see a guy tossing a bit before his start?

I dunno what to think. Really bummed about this loss and I don't feel great about game 7, but part of me really believes in Lance and this team.

How bout Kenley Jansen "If we get to game 7, they've got no shot at beating us."

here's hoping his big dumbass is eating those words for years and years to come.

I do like that we go against Yu but no way he struggles as bad in this one. The bats will have to come alive tomorrow. No other way about it

If they're that overconfident, it might come back to bite them in the arse come this time tomorrow night.

Dude Redick is like hitting cancer...he's terrible and it's clearly hurting this team. AJ has a Les Miles like loyalty to his players and it might cost us a World Series.

I've watched so many games regular season post season etc. I have watched with my eyes reddick step up and rally this team many many times. He got us here. I don't make my lineup without him. People are forgetting he had the second highest average of the regular season. Some people wanted springer down in the lineup or in some cases (albeit extreme) some people thought he should get a day off. These things change on a dime and I have seen too many games to not ride with him. I'm not locking him in for 9 innings but I'm giving him the start.

Astros have to get disciplined at the plate. They are wasting way too many at bats with shitty decisions and swinging at shite to strike out. That especially goes for Altuve. He’s been mediocre all series and needs to step it up. He’s trying to hit a home run on every pitch. That’s not how he became the batting champion.

Yep. Not just Altuve either. I know Reddick sucked but when the core 4 (apologies for the Yankees reference) go 3-15 in the game (Altuve and Correa 0-8), there's your story. A few hits from them and we don't have to pray for a productive Reddick at bat.

I've watched almost all the games as well, including the post season and there's a noticeable difference in his demeanor. I think he's well aware of his label as "Mr. Unclutch" and it's in his head. It's hurting him and dragging down the team and we all know that our team feeds off each other. The failure to get a run across with 2 on nobody out was a death blow to them and a huge boost for the dodgers, and reddick was central to blame. He can't keep killing rallies that lead to killing games...if it happens again tomorrow we will all be talking about it for the rest of our lives.

Reddick has completely changed his approach. He went from being a pull hitting power hitter to an inside out hitting wannabe Japanese slap hitter. It’s pretty remarkable to see the difference in his approach and swing. Obviously, it isn’t working for him at all. He needs to get back to doing what he does well. Not what he thinks he needs to do to get on base. It ain’t working.

Astros just need to play baseball. Hit it where it’s pitched. Play sound defense pitch well enough to get to the 7th with McCullers.

I think a very big key tomorrow is if/when we hit Yu, we have to make it count and get 3-4 runs which is likely in the form of a homer or bases clearing double. If we have a couple innings of getting 2 on but doing no damage, they’ll pull him immediately

That’s what killed us in both Hill starts. We got runners on plenty of times but never got the big hit and they pulled him before we could do anything

Ryno left it all in MM on Sunday. He lacked effort tonight, but I expect big things tomorrow. I won't say tonight was his fault, but let's just say his attitude had a direct effect on the outcome of this game.

Has Keuchel pitched out of the pen since the 2015 ALDS meltdown? That kinda worries me if it’s a 2-2 game through 6. I’d imagine we will bring in him first once Lance is done

Baws just got back to the room. frick this was disappointing... I flew out here to watch em win it in game 6 and if not watch 7. Well, I'm coming home. It's not that I don't think they will win, but ticket are 1500 plus for the worse tickets in the house... I wanna say I repped htown and the Dat very big tonight. Nothing to prove it but I never let off from the bus ride in to the bus ride home home. I guaranteed bitches that I'd be taking clothes off and spraying them down with champagne if they got on the the bus ride home tomorrow. It was fricking lonely man. Damn, was it lonely when the Astros went down and hundreds of blue shirts were raining down on me after all the yelling and fist pumps I slung out during the game.

The only thing I gotta say, if you ever head outta town. Don't be a bitch. Rep your city and frick the consequences. Tonight was an awesome experience, just wish I coulda brought it home. frick baws let's win this shite in 7 and cement ourselves in MLB history!!!!
