Dude, you’ve only had her for a day and a half. Give it a little more time.

I would be in favor of using an opener for El Reptil. He just has not looked good as a starter, but he has looked pretty good in long relief.

I thought we wanted the Astros to stand pat? I don’t get it.

I’m preparing for the return of Springer and likely nothing else. Disappointing? I guess that’s up to you, but it’s a little tough knowing that Larnach slipped away.

Nobody gets it.

We're one week away from competing with Tampa, New York, and Boston for the AL crown OR being any number of OTHERS in the AL struggling to stay .500

Eovaldi is from the Houston area and has remained solid most of his career, but we shouldn't be doing any deals of that magnitude, much less with a rival

And should a marginally responsible deal present itself, it better be for a LHed OF

I would only be disappointed with a bad/dumb trade that costs us top prospects. We actually have a better farm now than people realize/admit. Dana is not the problem...

There is zero chance the trade that was rumored was only Abreu for Larnach

I’m still in full sale mode.

I’m willing to sacrifice a short 3 post season games this season for a substantial multi-year run after the lockout is over.

That said, I have to admit, I think Espada should get some positive recognition for having this team in first at this point in the season. Yes, I understand the division is full of teams with extra chromosomes but Espada is managing this shitty lineup fairly well.

They can still sell in the offseason. Maybe it’s just me but the hauls for selling so far are not as substantial for a “seller’s market” as you’d have thought

I am interested if they deal for a SP. We haven’t really heard them connected to any. Feels like a foregone conclusion they will trade for an OF, there’s still plenty left

Between the news Pecko is maybe off limits and the Mayer promotion feels like they may have gotten bad news on the SP market.
