There are videos on YouTube of a guy stalking the fence line around DEI and the property that gives you a view of it

I’ve looked at it on google earth in the past and I’ve always thought that it was a deer stand.

Deer stand.

Lol. Yes. Sort of hard to be a tree stand without the tree.

I know people thought he was all that.

But I cant imagine going to see ANYBODY that I was not personally close to after they were dead.

That is an understatement.

The Wicked Witch of The South.

frick. That. Bitch.

Kelley should of beat her arse(and she'd of beat her to a pulp) 20 years ago when Teresa refused to give her and Junior majority ownership of DEI. They would of still been a viable team had Kelley and Junior been allowed to run it.

frick. That. Bitch. She took Dale's legacy and took a shite on it then a long, rancid piss on top of it.

I didn't know that either. I wouldn't want someone buried on my property. But it probably doesn't bother many.

I didn't know a loved one could be buried on private property, this way. Would any of you lay family members to rest in your backyard if allowed to do so? I'm not sure how I'd feel about that...

Pretty sure you are allowed to do it in all 50 states. You just need to properly request the body and follow local codes on where you can do it correctly.

Correct, which you got to enjoy in the moment, so let him have his peace in death.

I think Elvis still makes more money now than he did when he was alive.

I get it for some, but not others.

I'm pretty sure cemetery laws entitle the family access to the gravesite.

This makes perfect sense to do for very public celebrities, but I quite honestly never knew this was a thing.

For other highly polarizing individuals who passed, are they all on private property as well. Guys like Elvis, MJ, and now Kobe?

I totally believe it would be a circus, but I have never had the desire to visit a celebrity's grave.

But he’s not in a cemetery, he’s on private property and as his primary heir I would think Teresa has legal control of access to that property. If she’s not letting the kids visit that’s beneath contempt from a moral standpoint, but legally she’s probably within her rights.

No, she's just a vindictive bitch.

But burying Dale on family property has been one of the FEW decisions that she has gotten right since he died.

But if he was telling the truth, like I said above Humpy Wheeler says he’s the one who told her what she needed to do and checked on the legalities for her. So it may not have been an original decision.

Right but I think he’s getting at the laws that govern cemeteries on private property. Like one day she will die or move or… and he will be buried in a strangers back yard, but his family will always have reasonable access

There’s a big arse statue in downtown Kannapolis for that crowd.
