After looking further the Baton Rouge baseball guy Koki Riley is 100% worse than the woman in the OP

He has Bama still ahead of fsu also

Not to mention Michigan still at 13

He has no fricking idea what he is doing

Unfortunately, polls do still matter. They influence the committee on at larges. The G6 team and Notre Dame are probably the most impacted by opinion but the others as well.

As long as Notre Dame can not drop 3 games they'll be in because of their opinions, sometimes maybe even 3 given the national scenario.

I’m sure many of them vote by name recognition and past history. Polls, like the heisman, are a joke.

Also voted for Biden and for 4 years pretended like they didn't know he had dementia, when most knew before the 2020 election.

Condoleezza Rice used to be on the playoff committee. The first few I think. Never understood that one. Randomly the first female member of Augusta as well.

it's such nonsense

reminds me of when Saban intentionally manipulated his rankings in 2011

I don't blame him for doing it, it's just an absurd system

Her voting rights should be automatically revoked. "Um I dont want to reveal my process." Probably because you have no process. Idiot!

Florida's shocking loss to South Florida may not look so bad by the end of the year. With wins over Boise State and the Gators, South Florida appears to be the early favorite to make the CFP among the Group of 5 schools. Oddly enough, the Bulls probably have the best résumé in the country.

I was about to ask you wtf he said that was so retarded, because all of this makes sense to me…

But then……

Their rationale is they still think Florida is better. I disagree with how they do their rankings but I at least understand it. The chick the OP is discussing probably didn’t even know that happened and just saw Florida (1-1), USF (2-0)

There are some AP voters who place a HUGE emphasis on power rankings, and Florida would still be favored if they played again this week.

No shite, Florida probably has a roster USF couldn’t dream of… and if they played 10 times Florida would probably win 9. You can’t overreact to the flukes

There was another pollster, a man, who had notre dame unranked following their loss to Miami

Now, week 3, after coming off a bye, he ranked them 8th

Now what the hell rationale would have that occurring fellas?

I understand what you’re saying but that’s extremely subjective while ranking resumes is less subjective
