The NBA is in the worst state right now of any of the big 3 professional sports in their combined entire history. It's so pathetic

How do you define "state"?

Edit: I highly doubt that's a statement you can defend logically

Imagine thinking it's just the NBA and not every sport that has serious money bet on it not being just as rigged, CFB included

You think golfers are shanking shots on the PGA so Scottie can rake on endorsements and prize money?

Are you kidding? The daytime gabfest TV show watchers love this. They don’t actually watch games. They’re more interested in the drama around the game - who dissed who, which baby mama is getting nailed by who, whose contract is unacceptable, etc.

So all they care about is money so they’ll exchange millions for what would virtually be pennies to them betting on their own tournaments? You realize the books would all cap them if they were winning that much right?

They don’t bet on themselves, they make sure where the money is bet loses aka the books win

E.g. If you pay attention to CFB, you’ll notice that when money is heavy on one side, that side almost always loses

You’re about to see it right now with UNT -27 and Over 61. >70% of money is on each and yet both will lose this game

Then you’ll see it with Cal +6.5 and U50.5

Then you’ll see it with Boise -20.5 and O51.5

All the money is on those 6 bets tonight, all 6 will likely lose

Will be very lucky if they don't get whacked which I'm betting they will.

Please don’t get this dude started. He thinks he’s figured out how to beat the books lol

UNT 54-20. Both of those won.

VT 42-34. Both lost.

Boise 24-3. Split.

Flipping a coin would have been just as good a prediction.

I guess when you said this you actually meant that half will likely lose?

Haven’t watched the NBA since Shaq and D. Wade won the title for Miami. They called a foul every time Wade drove. Unwatchable product. Now it’s nothing but 3’s and frees. No thanks.
