I was hoping for the tie but so glad it didn’t happen since the Chargers called that timeout. Just made no sense at all and they deserve what they got.

Hell of a game to finish out the regular season. I think everyone woulda liked to see a tie other than the Steelers fans. Would been beyond epic after them celebrating earlier today.

Extremely low risk of that happening.
It was worth it for two reasons:
1. Avoid the Chiefs in the first round
2. Knock your division rival out

With or without the timeout, do they just run the ball and get into reasonable FG range like they did? Almost certainly. And then they'd have done the exact same thing: Let a great kicker have a chance to win it.
