Buddy Teevens in critical condition after being hit by a car while biking

The wife of Dartmouth football coach Buddy Teevens said he suffered “serious” injuries when he was hit by a car as the couple was bicycling home from a restaurant in Florida on Thursday.
Kirsten Teevens told Valley News that she was hoping for a full recovery for her husband. The couple has a house in St. Augustine and the Teevens were crossing A1A when he was hit. He was immediately taken to a local hospital after the incident and the crash report from the incident has not been finalized.

Did not see one thing about this on the local news here. Will look into it. Horrible that happened but does not surprise me. Especially at night. A1A is not an incredibly bright road way. Curious where it exactly happened.

Especially if it was on that stretch of A1A just north of St. Augustine coming down from Ponte Vedra. It's dark as shite on that road and it might as well be a drag strip as fast as people drive on it.

Crazy. An elderly couple got hit and killed after a panic show in st Augustine last week as well.

I've only driven A1A at night one time. No clue where I was going. Well, I was going to strip club but I don't know what direction I was heading. It was somewhere around Vierra. Unbelievably dark.

Awesome man. At the Manning passing academy for years he had no reason to talk to me, make me feel we've known each other for a lil bit,ask if I needed anything, like I'm some nationally recognized photographer. Heart and soul of the passing academy
