Bronny was set to be a lottery pick if he had a decent year in college. He's turned out to be a good player.

Happens all the time. Usually an enlarged heart related issue.

Congenital heart defects, PED use, drugs, or some might say the vaccine (there are probably zero studies on the vax this far out and we don't even know if Bronny took the vaccine).
