Damn that's absolutely horrible. One son gets into the nfl one week, and the next week your other son passes away

This. Add emobolism to that list. A kid that pretty much played peewee all the way through high school football here in Kingwood with my son was found dead in his apartment last Saturday. After high school he went on to play at Columbia University and just graduated with a very bright future ahead of him. Tragic. For both families. I knew the Kingwood kid and his family well. Prayers up and RIP Jake. Godspeed.

That’s just awful. No parent should ever outlive their kid.

This has got to be just as traumatic for Sam.

Such sad news.

Suicide or drugs.

I bet they will be double and triple checking Sam for any potential hereditary heart issues before moving forward with his football career.

Idk if posted but Sam basically landed in Indy and had to stay in the airport for the next flight back to Austin. Horrible day.

The Texas board hasn’t even begun to speculate COD but that place is soy af. I much prefer it over here

considering their dad died from a heart attack while training for a triathlon 8 years ago.

It was actually during a triathlon, at the very beginning in the swimming portion of the event. The water was 51 degrees and there are different theories about the cold water possibly causing arrhythmias.

My bad.

Not insensitive, but not needed either.
