Jeremy Hill. A great RB at LSU and flamed out after like three years......

Byron Leftwich.

I thought his size and arm and skills would translate very well in the NFL. I thought he had a chance to be similar but just step or two down from Peyton Manning (at the time).

Never thought he’d be a superstar. I thought he’d stick in NE. Injuries got him

Actually started putting together in seasons 2 and 3 what could have been a very successful career in Jacksonville, but unfortunately just couldn't stay healthy.

Lawrence Phillips if he could have stayed out of prison.

While not really a bust since he wasn't a first rounder, but watching Tyrone Calico at Middle Tennessee...I really thought he would be a legit stud receiver in the NFL. Seemed to have all the tools. Unfortunately that tackle by Roy Williams ended those hopes.

I remember when he wasn’t allowed at LSU back in 2011 because of what happened in HS. His uncle wanted to get him some work while he waited it out. I sat right across the table from him in the office and I asked him how good he was compared to the backs we already had... his response was” I’m gonna be the best back LSU has ever seen”. I sat back in my chair and said that’s a pretty bold statement. He leaned over the table and said” just watch and see”. Well he delivered while at LSU.....

I want to say Rex Grossman but he wasn't a complete bust. Was shocked he wasn't a perennial pro bowler.

I think I have to go Gholston. He was a freak of fricking nature and thought he was one of the surest defenders I had seen. Nope. Richardson a close third. That guy was a freak of nature, but just didn't cut it.

Didn't think Jamarcus was a guaranteed superstar but had a chance, and would have thought his floor would have been something like Stafford's career.

I thought McFadden and Crabtree were going to be the best WR/RB duo in the league

Aaron Curry I believe. Poor guy just didn't have it for whatever reason at the NFL level. From all accounts he busted his arse and had a great attitude.

Ill give Ankiel credit. He got the yips really bad as a young pitcher, after trying to figure it out, he completely reinvented himself as an OF/hitter and made it back to the bigs and played 6 or 7 seasons.
