That LB who went to the Seahawks with the #5 pick, dude was a complete player and I thought the Saints made a mistake passing on him. Think he was from U of Washington

Aaron Curry from Wake Forest. Great college career, great combine, by all accounts a good man. Did absolutely nothing in the pros and it wasn’t because of injuries. He’s a coach now.

Parker has been productive, but his problem is injuries. He is basically post injuries Grant Hill but he never got to have the pre injuries NBA career that Hill had.

Peter Warrick out of Florida State is my pick. I would have bet the house that he would have been dominant in the NFL. I was wrong.

Fournette. Yeah he was good but apart from the first half of the 2015 season, nowhere near as good as advertised and he has the attitude of a little girl. I don’t know how much time he has left in the NFL either.

Some obscure busts:
Roberto Aguayo- incredible kicker in college but sucked arse in the NFL. I don’t really get this bust, as kicking shouldn’t really be that much harder in the NFL. Also, the Bucs used a 2nd round pick on this guy.

Paxton Lynch- I didn’t think he would be a star but I thought he could be a solid starter. Same for Josh Rosen. They both suck.

Kevin White was a good receiver at West Virginia who was taken 7th by the bears in 2015. He has yet to make a catch in the NFL.

Add Laquon Treadwell and Robert Nkemdiche to this list, along with anyone else from the stacked Freeze Ole Miss teams not named Laremy Tunsil or Evan Engram.

This is the one who got me. I thought he would be a perennial MVP candidate, his absolutely bottom “floor” to me was like late 00s early 10s Josh Smith.

Basil Shabazz. Greatest high school athlete in Arkansas history. World class speed, size and moves. Think McFadden was a beast? Shabazz was next level.

Thought this guy was on the express route to a 20ish year NFL career and would have a few all-pros to his name.

Lynch had the same problem as guys like Osweiler and He Who Should Not Be Named. They were absolute specimens who shined in college systems but had zero chance of making it in the NFL because the were athletes who didn’t have the sauce.

I don’t care for Rosen but let’s be honest, he’s been on two teams who treated him as lame ducks. He may very well be trash, but he’s been on two arse squads who had no interest in being competitive and threw him to the wolves. He hasn’t even attempted 500 passes in the league yet.

McFadden is the best answer in the thread IMO.

Dude has 11 years of service time, he wasn't what the hype was after the tips but he became a solid player. Reminds me of Jeff Francouer after his very solid rookie season

Arkansas QB/WR/Small Forward Matt Jones. 6’6”, fast as hell, athletic as hell, great hands.

He could have been an awesome TE in a spread offense if he had the right mentality and coaching.

Way too many red flags before he was even drafted. Most people probably expected him to fail.

My homer vote is Glen Dorsey.

He did good to stay in the NFL as long as he did and dealt with injuries, but I thought he'd be all world.
