They have three choices:
A.) Stay as the Astros and go back to the Rainbow uniforms.
B.) Go back to the Colt .45's.
C.) Change the team to the Houston Oilers.
Me personally, stay as the Astros and go back to the Rainbow uniforms. I don't wear anything brink red. I only wear the orange and navy.

a name change was considered when they moved into Enron( Minute Maid) they thought about going to something with a train engine theme,,
the ballpark is on an old train station site

Colt 45 would be cool. But it won't ever happen in today's world.
I guess I could live with Oilers bc I'm nostalgic and the Texans can't take the name. It would probably end up being something shitastic to do with a train as Owlie mentioned.

I for one am pissed that they took navy blue out of the color scheme. Red and white? 2 colors of 2 teams in their own damn division.

I have been a closet stro fan,but since they were in the same division as my cubs I shun them. Now that they move to AL I have a fav team in al. Keep the name,go back to the rainbow jersey! Now I can buy that old school Jose cruuuuuzz jersey!

nice to see they're open to change. a complete overhaul of the team is needed. farm system, management, player development, budget, marketing, branding, aesthetics, etc.
