The Tigahs better be thanking their lucky stars they’re playing for the series tomorrow. The Volunteers should be going for the sweep if the Tigahs didn’t pull a 4 leaf clover out of their arse last night.

Let’s be honest with ourselves, this just isn’t a very good team right now. They have all the talent to be very good, but they rely on the HR to score all their runs. Home Runs are supposed to be the knock out punch, not the source for most of your runs. If something doesn’t change, and quick, results like this will be the norm for the rest of the season.

The Mountaineers have the bases loaded and haven’t hit the ball 20 feet.

Jay’s teams since he’s been here can’t string hits together to score runs. He waits for the 3 run homer to score most of his runs and you can’t count on that all season. What the Gumps did tonight scoring 4 or their 5 runs off HR’s isn’t the norm.
