Unless he was born with it, no. He's always been a shithead. There's a reason despite being a prolific HS player he had to go to prep school after high school and then after that got kicked out of FIU before ever playing because he got in a fight with a security guard and wound up at Central Michigan.
Tired of people making excuses for this asshat's behavior. CTE and the Burfict hit didn't suddenly turn him from a model citizen into a looney tune.

It's what happens when dumb athletes surround themselves with dumber "homies" and don't want to spend a dime on a rubber. Shaq's old man mande him stay another year at LSU because he didn't know how to balance a checkbook. How'd he turn out? Still very rich today.
