I'd be lying if I said I didn't take some schaudenfreude from seeing the AOC types who spend their entire political careers shitting on this country having to recognize what true tyranny looks like, but I'd rather we do something to help free her so we can prove them wrong rather than celebrating over this and deepening the divide.

If you are outraged by this, don’t get mad at the snarky message board posters here.
Focus that outrage at the dozens of Americans that will still play in Russia this season for more money.

I mean, if I heard about them, my first reaction would be to definitely feel bad for them the same way I felt bad for Griner when I saw this news. Trust me, I'm not actively keeping tabs on what Americans are imprisoned in Russia.
