Technicals are tricky with a stock like this. There is almost no institutional investment that has been reported so far (unsure of Canadian rules on this), and upward movement is going to be driven by announcements and sentiment. This stock may go against market forces as often as not.

Customer orders are the biggest thing HGRAF needs. That trumps everything else. NASDAQ, redomicile, and GIC are fine, but give me 5000 tons of orders, any day. Everything else will fall in place after that.

Are your concerns primarily the delays in the rollout, the lack of listings or contracts, or the management team's execution? Those are all valid concerns, and I share many of them.
That said, do you really believe the company is headed to zero? Are you assigning no value to its graphene technology, the Hyperions, or the company's long-term growth potential?
I'm not suggesting it should be a core holding or a large position, but do you not see it as a reasonable speculative investment with meaningful upside if management executes and the technology gains commercial traction? Do you believe the company's graphene products are not among the best currently available? If so, what evidence leads you to that conclusion?

He just wants to be an "I told you so" guy, but hes spiking the ball too early. Nothing has changed on the narrative for this stock, other than some people who thought the stock was going to go from 25 cents to $100 per share in 6 months had expectations that were a little unreasonable.
I don't understand the need for some people to go around pissing on other people's parade, for fun. I mean, if you have some legitimate information that would help someone who might be thinking about investing in a stock, then by all means, share it. But if you just like to make snarky comments, then crawl back under the rock from whence you came...

I added a decent chunk this morning at the bell. Seems to have been some rare good timing for me.
While I didn’t think we’d get under the psychological $4 number (I’ve been steady buying small amounts above that, too), I just can’t see us hanging out in the low 3s for long. If it keeps going down, we’d be approaching pre-EPA numbers soon which makes no sense.

No news causes people to lose interest and they sell and move on.
This seems to be why they are so quiet. If announcements trickle out slowly the price will spike and then trickle back down.
I believe the plan is to announce orders, followed by gas and construction deals, followed by NASDAQ. The purchase orders will be a multiplier for the other announcements. If this is uplisted to NASDAQ, and they have a number of POs inked and the production facility is under construction, this thing will take off. Without the purchase orders, investors will still be skeptical.
This is all pure speculation, of course. Except for the part where they have kept a lid on formal announcements of any kind...

Here's what holds me, and probably you too.
There are very few opportunities that present themselves where the logical end point is 100x. I could reinvest the money and probably get 20 to 30 percent return on it by the end of the year.
If HGRAF graphene takes off, this could be a 100x return. It might take a couple of years to get to the point, but I'm already at 2x, I'd like to see it where it goes from here. The story hasn't played out, yet. It's just moving slower than we would like it to.
I firmly believe that it will reach an ATH if they build a facility and list on the NASDAQ. At that point, I'm going to look at client orders. That's it. We know what's going to happen if they have 1000's of tons of orders. If it turns out that they only have small orders, I will reassess. But I at least want to get to the NASDAQ listing and production facility...
