Honest question—what's the counterargument?
Are your concerns primarily the delays in the rollout, the lack of listings or contracts, or the management team's execution? Those are all valid concerns, and I share many of them.
That said, do you really believe the company is headed to zero? Are you assigning no value to its graphene technology, the Hyperions, or the company's long-term growth potential?
I'm not suggesting it should be a core holding or a large position, but do you not see it as a reasonable speculative investment with meaningful upside if management executes and the technology gains commercial traction? Do you believe the company's graphene products are not among the best currently available? If so, what evidence leads you to that conclusion?

re: Anyone ever plant a Zoysia Grass lawn?

I have zoysia palisade and yard is mostly shade. Had St aug down and it did horrible so pulled it up and put down the palisade. Just fertilize once a year and put out atrazine. Been happy with it.

Waterlox
If the goal is to see more grain, you will have to take off some of the aged wood. Planer would be best or could play with low grit sandpaper depending on the look you are going for.
Would also recommend a few coats of shellac. They make few different shades and you could experiment with them until you get what your looking for - will make for a more uniform finished product.

I have fireglow, aureum, and autumn moon. Never had any luck getting them to grow from seeds.
I've had St Aug and centipede. Got my lawn resodded two years ago and chose palisades zoysia due to its shade and drought tolerance. It has been my favorite sod by far. Not as temperamental as st aug and stands up well to my kids. Grows very well in full sun. Not as well as I'd hoped in full shade but has done better than anything I've had prior. Would highly recommend.
Have two live oaks and have used several different types. Most can't take the weight of live oak leaves. Ones by Flexxpoint have been only ones to hold up. Can get on Amazon.
