I am personally aware of several lab and plant trials that failed with Black Swan Graphene. There was just too much stratification in the polymer matrix and results were erratic at best. I had hope that Hydrograph could overcome this processing issue but it sure looks like if it worked as good as originally advertised, customers would be clamoring for this and all these other issues would go away. I have a nice chunk of this stock and want it to work but so many missed deadlines are making me think it just isn’t working that great. I really hope I am wrong but the cone of silence is concerning.

Now this could have been a manuver to get their Canadian exit price low without tanking America.
I don't know if a weekend is enough but if I'm right we won't see those lows again.

Seems like a lot more experienced talent coming on board lately/. Hydrograph has convinced more than just us that big opportunity ahead:

It’s gonna sink down into the low $2 if they keep farting around with this redomicle process.

This is a problem. Many companies have stopped looking at graphene, due to dispersion and clumping issues in previous tests. They have to be convinced to go through the process of testing again.

What we need it a Time Machine so we could have all sold this at $8.

Is there a time travel company we can invest in? Would be money well spent.

This drip drop has been nauseating to watch everyday.

It's a growth stock based on speculation and potential. It happens. Right now, the company is trying to recomicile and the process of getting out of Canada is cumbersome - Canada wants a lot of tax money.

Once the redomicile process happens, things should happen quickly. There will be no excuses after that. Until then, we don't know. Stock price is not a good barometer of whether it is looking good for those who bought the stock at this time, unless you're looking to sell. If that's the case, you should have sold 4 months ago... If you're holding for the long term, then it's kind of meaningless.

The executive team is not sharing much info. That is actually a good sign, in a way, because they are working on equity. If they were panicking, they would be making PR releases to pump the stock up. They aren't, so we'll see.

As Warren Buffet says, "The market is an instrument for transferring money from the impatient to the patient."

I, personally, will make my moves based on how the events of this company unfold, not the stock price. I am fortunate that I bought relatively early and am still green. It will be tougher for those who bought later to do that, but if it does take off, there will be plenty of money to be made, later.

I don’t know if what this guy posted on X is accurate so TIFWIW but seems to have a lot of details related to redomicle process

There is a lot of guessing going on with this.

Here's what I expect before the end of the year. the first two are about access to investors, both institutional and/or government. The rest are about making and selling and making graphene.

1.) Redomicile happens sometime this fall

2.) NASDAQ Listing

3.) Announcements on gas contract and Hyperion facility to happen

4.) Announcment of contracts with clients

5.) Possible announcement of grants/collaboration with US Government

All of these events will drive the stock up. Obviously, the size and scope of events 3/4 will determine how much the stock goes up.

One thing I DON'T know is the order, or how much of this will take place in parallel. My understanding is that they are trying to get out of Canada as quietly and as cheaply as they can, but if Ford Motor Company came to them and said they want to purchase 1000 tons of graphene, then they would probably start doing that without waiting for redomicile and NASDAQ steps.

I know this is a long thread and it appears nothing is going to change anytime soon except the stock price, so I’ll ask a what if

what if they’d remained a private company and only IPOd after they’d moved to Texas and after they’d assembled a minor backlog of orders? And in the meantime conducted private capital raises to fund their startup instead of relying at least in part on shareholder capital? And came out of the gate at maybe not a full sprint but at least had forward momentum?

that seems like a better plan to me. I’d pay 10-15x for forward revenue on something like that

It’s getting really tempting to sell and buy back in.

I just think the long term catalysts for stock appreciation far out weigh anything in the near term.

I mean, that could have been a strategy, but for the fact that they went public in 2021 in order to get capital to build Hyperion units, and they figured they would sell those. They never got any traction until Kjirstin Breure took over and they pivoted from selling Hyperions to selling the finished graphene product.

If they had waited until after they had a backlog of orders to do an IPO, there is no way on God's green earth that shares would be $3.

This is a numbers game. People got in early and are speculating that graphene could be the next big thing in the materials science arena. A lot of people got in at pennies per share and bought a lot of it for a modest investment. If you bought 100,000 shares for a $20K investment, would you sell if your investment was worth $300K, or wait to see if it goes to $10 million?

Now, if you waited until after the IPO in your scenario above, your $20K might get you 1,000 shares instead of 100,000. So if the stock goes up to $100/shr, you would have an $80k profit, not a $9.98 million dollar profit. Again, it's speculation, but it illustrates why it's worth holding on to.

Of course, the risk would be much lower, because a lot of the derisking events would already be done, but for someone who bought at 20 cents a share, the $3 bucks is already 15x, so they are still way ahead.

BTW - You can still do the same thing by waiting until all of those events have occurred before buying stock, but if they are redomiciled, listed on the NASDAQ, and have a backlog of orders, the stock will be $20/shr and not $3. But what if the DoW jumps in before the NASDAQ listing and puts in a 2,000 ton order? Then you'll be looking at $50/shr and the multiplier effect will be greatly reduced.

That is an option. I've thought about it, too. I wish I was confident that nothing is going to happen in the next two months.

Again, "the market is an instrument for transferring wealth from the impatient to the patient." I've learned this the hard way.

A lot of companies have taken many years before taking off. How many people were early investors in Nvidia that held on to them (on purpose)? If I had a dime for every person who said they invested in Nvidia 15 years ago and sold it after a year or two...

This HGRAF could have a similar outcome, only on a much shorter timeframe. I don't think it will take 15 years for us to figure out if HGRAF graphene is going to be life altering.

A friend put me on this and I have been remaining patient for lower prices waiting to start a position. Anyone who is big into TA have any solid support levels they are looking at? May be tricky on something speculative like this.

May start averaging in under $3.

A quote From Reddit below from one of the 1% posters for HGRAF ….he attended the Advanced Materials show in Europe today and spoke with KB …at least he claims but seems legit

“Other things I found:
Redomicile will be done at the same time as NASDAQ uplisting very soon.
At least 30 customers will be announced very soon.
Tom's presentation was full; around 90% of seats were taken and a crowd was standing too. The most popular conference of any company throughout the show as I saw.”
