They you're gonna make a shite ton shorting it, right?

no, why would I do that? I own shares.
it is trading at 100x future projected sales. Can’t look at P/E because it doesn’t have any E
that is overpriced. Doesn’t mean the stock will go down. It means it’s expensive

BREAKING: SpaceX has secured FCC approval for a 15,000-satellite Starlink Mobile constellation, opening a regulatory path to compete directly with AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
Granted October 6, the authorization includes a waiver allowing satellite wireless service without a spectrum-leasing agreement with a terrestrial mobile operator.
That gives SpaceX a route beyond providing supplemental coverage through carrier partnerships.
The satellites are authorized for orbits roughly 326–335 kilometers above Earth. SpaceX targets speeds of up to 150 Mbps per user, and the approval covers frequencies SpaceX is acquiring from EchoStar, alongside spectrum used through T-Mobile.
One important condition remains: commercial operations on the EchoStar frequencies must wait for the relevant acquisition closing, scheduled for November 2027. Until then, those frequencies are limited to testing.
starlink is the business. launch is the operating expense

I appreciate a voice of reason
And thanks for that update.
I wasn't aware this was coming down the chute
I will add that I was told a Tesla merger not likely, although he would love to consolidate

I think musk himself would prefer a merger it would give him super voting control over TSLA and the combined entity plus would accelerate his $1T plus comp package. The question is whether the mechanism of the merger would put either TSLA or SPCX shareholders at risk.
He can’t lowball the TSLA offer because TSLA shareholders would reject it. At the same time, if he pays the price with SPCX stock it would dilute the SPCX pool. It will be interesting
In other news SPCX is asking Apollo to raise $40B in capital to buy NVDA GPUs. Reactions have been mixed

Quoting you and contrasting that with another's opinion is not being a snowflake. Just a counter-point.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Starlink is the business. Everything else is in support of that

Do they need some lithium for Starlink or any of the supporting components? Asking for a friend
Posted on 10/8/26 at 10:36 pm to PotatoChip
That's my main downer on SLI, if it really were the golden goose of lithium, it would already be TeSLI.

As soon as V3's went operational, this was always the plan.

Another tranche of shares releases tomorrow right? So far, this has rebounded nicely with every release. Considering either upping my position after tomorrow's release, or waiting until all shares are released in December.

Musk continues to speculate that SPCX could become more valuable than all other earth companies combined. Obviously that’s aspirational but consider
-a near monopoly on low earth orbit telecommunications and data transfer, making ground based systems and nodes obsolete
-a near monopoly on public discourse and dissemination of information and opinion (twitter)
-a near monopoly on low and high earth orbit launch and delivery
-at least a one-quarter monopoly share of frontier AI models and infrastructure, with the advantage of being tied to a company with actual revenue and profit potential. And shared synergies between all of that communication and data collection universe.
-then look at the robotics technology at TSLA. And the advancement in automated transportation.
in twenty years he may be right. Or we could all be back living in caves.
One more thing that intrigues me is the (sinister?) audacity to keep the messaging from SPCX focused on Mars of all places…a place with no economy and no prospects for one. Elon may one day make it to Mars because it would be cool to do so, but that’s not really the goal. The goal is to be what he said it would be, a global monolith.

Not quite. What you will see (until they obviously buy the corp or tech) is the merging of spheres (Space v Earthern).
Nokia owns tons of patents, has very public deal with Nvidia, and has transitioned to more Data Center company.
Considering Starmind as well, I would not rule out a much bigger partnership in the future.
Regardless, Starlink and Starmind will pay for all of Elon's companies easily SOON.
