Everyone on planet earth knew “earnings would be good.” Whether they would beat expectations ENOUGH to satisfy Wall Street was the question.

Who knows. This thing has a history of smashing earnings and opening red. But this was a hulk smash.

Micron expressed they must grow capex to keep market share. Increased production will drop prices long term. Nobody is buying micron stock for earnings in the next year that is already baked into the massive run up. Everyone will keep saying it's cheap.. ignoring Chinese companies like cxmt have grown 900% and are now massively eating into future market share
