75% VTSAX (3598 individual equities)
25% VWIGX (127 individual equities)
So 3,725 individual equities.

I’ve got limited options in my 401k.
38% company stock
27% S&P 500
25% VRGWX
10% DFA Large Cap
I had it in company stock and about 10 different things including target date funds. Last June I consolidated it and got out of the target date funds.

Effectively 80% total stock market and 20% Emerging and international

I'm not well diversified at all. I'm nearly 100% equities. Mostly US index funds maybe 5% in single stocks, REITs and international funds. Too much of my portfolio is in the top 5 holdings of the S&P500.
I dont hold bonds because I consider my pension, which covers our basic expenses, like the stable portion of my portfolio. Thus, I can be comfortable while remaining risk on.

401K is 100% in a single equity fund
Roth is 50% in ETFs and the other 50% is currently split between GOOG, SOFI, and NBIS
I essentially never look at my 401K and just let that fund ride.
I use the 50% of my Roth to play around with different stocks with the other 50% in high dividend yield funds

Not very. 401k is mostly split between s&p500, russell1000 and russell2000.
Play account is a handful of big companies, with Nvdia and Berkshire Hathaway being my biggest holdings.
I used to be more diversified, but have been moving money from stock market and bonds for a while now. I am now about 50% real estate, so that is my vehicle for diversification. My stock market money was more diversified before I decided to move more into real estate, but I have historically been in s&p500 names as far as individual stocks. I spent 10+ years building up some bond money as I was getting older, but liquidated all my bond money as part of my move into real estate. This is the first time in 20+ years that I have not held any Apple, Google, and Walmart.
