It’s a custodianship

This dude George Morgan cleaned it up and is gonna reverse merger it with a lithium producer but they haven’t said who yet

500m float not much interest yet

I called it on October 21 but didn’t buy but I think they’re revealing the merger this week

ETA: if you don’t know what a custo/reverse merger is, probably the most famous one around here is tsnp

I want to buy more but I hate buying on the climb, I needs a pullback to make it feel better.

Told y'all. I bought more on the dip Friday, but didn't get all I may have wanted in case of a deeper dip this week. It ALWAYS goes up when I do that. If I go big, it'll drop another dollar before going up again. Works out in the end.

Seems like you should just keep buying 1/2 the shares you wanted then....

Didn't you pick up some on a couple of swing trades? How big is your stack now?

More and more shares going to strong hands.

Just took the L on the one biotech stock I was in, HUMA, and got out on a pop there on Friday from an analyst upgrade. I really really hate biotech stocks. Redeployed those funds and some NVVE warrants I sold into more SLI. Sitting at 165k shares now.

The problem with biotech and pharma in general is that you can't trust the FDA to approve the best meds/treatments. I've learned that over the years. That's why I have zero biotech/pharma stocks. And now with PBM's (pharmacy benefit managers) basically extorting "rebates" from manufacturers, it's no longer who's the best, cheapest or best value. Even when a med is great and the only one in the market, it may have zero insurance coverage. Too many games behind the scenes.

I bought the dip at 11.01 and it’s paying off nicely today so far

So is my OCGN stock I bought in at 10 awhile back

Entire portfolio is up over 7% this morning

With pharmaceuticals I usually go with whoever has the most lobbying power combined with is the new med/treatment going to be cheap and effective or expensive?

If the former, avoid it. If the latter, buy it.

If it’s an unknown company with some new cancer treatment that’s cheap it won’t see the light of day. If it’s someone like Pfizer who owns Congress with some ridiculously expensive treatment then it’ll get approved and widely distributed so buy Pfizer stock

I disagree with most of this.
