Thankfully, we will never hear from this guy again.

...but can he play basketball? If there is anything the Montana's, Brady's , Larry Birds and Mannings taught us is that these verts, shuttle runs, etc don't mean jackshite. Can he play is all you need to know.

Why didn't he bend his knees more before jumping?

solidifies 2nd round status for him (he was fringe end of 1st before combine), but he'll still be drafted b/c of his high BB IQ and leadership qualities

There are plenty of successful guys in the nba that can't jump. Zach Randolph had a 15" vertical. He did just fine with it.

Larry Bird was not a great jumper. But was a great player.

Not sure why this has upvotes, unless you're arguing that Chuck could jump horizontally. Young Chuck used to get up [embed]LINK ]

Charles was a 2 hand dunker. He had to get up to do that.

He was 6'5" and lead the league in rebounding when the league actually employed true centers. He had a 39" vertical. He was a sensational leaper.

That shits crazy, but it does happen. Some of these big guys just grew too fast. And never developed certain abilities.

Anyone that watched him play knew this. He can't jump high. Hes really good other ways. But he can't jump high

24.5". Wow. Lower than a lot of women.

So is that 24.5" over the the rim? Cause he can dunk on 10' rim. So he is 2 feet above the rim.
