All the lithium stocks are getting hammered pretty good today. Looks like it might be related to Manchin holding up the infrastructure bill. It's all theatre, he's bought and paid for and will vote for it at the end of the day as all Democrats march lockstep regardless.

Albemarle getting a huge haircut today.

Didn’t listen to their investor call Friday but it must not have gone smoothly haha.

Yeah probably a long shot but I want to see SLI's market cap pass ALB's in the next 5-10 years...

Haven't kept up with the thread and just read through about a dozen of the last pages. Seems like some have lost hope? I bought thinking this was a long time hold as did most I thought. What gives.

I think what they're losing is patience. The belief is still there...or it should be.

People expected news of the JV sooner, so they’re antsy. Nothing has changed with fundamentals.

Nah some were in that phase when we tested $5 a few weeks ago, but I think most holders are content to be in the $6-7 range here for a bit until we get big news on the Tetra PEA/JV later this fall. Funny how some "bearish" posters like Krayfish disappeared from this thread after the stock price recovered from the lows.

"I bought thinking this was a long time hold as did most I thought."

Once it uplisted short termers got in and have been the most active on this thread. Nothing has changed for us longs other than having to wade through the doom and gloom.

I tried calling Sli investor relations and they’re closed today in honor of George Floyd. No wonder the stock went down

Still sitting in 2.5k shares at like a 4.10 avg now. Haven't sold anything this year. The longs are still here. It's only the diamond hands that are jumping ship.

I accumulated on the way up. Started at $3.80 and bought through $7.50 or so. Average in the $5 range so I'm sitting and haven't sold a share yet. I don't know where I'll consider selling, buy I'm sure at $20/share, I'll sell a quarter of it.

I’m sure this won’t be popular, but here is my strategy. I started buying @2.80 bought more and settled at about 2k shares. The thing exploded with the emergency up listing and I had a goal to have 5k shares before it mooned. I paid through the teeth for some of these shares and became very overweight. As it started faltering, I first trimmed 1500 to protect my funds. I’m obviously playing a dangerous game, but I’m willing to accept high amounts of risk. After I have convinced myself that until revenue starts flowing, this stock is hostage to positive PR releases. With that belief in mind, I sold another 1500 in hopes to swing this thing. All while holding on to my staple 2k shares and sitting on “go” with cash in hand if I think we are due for a nice run up.
